Cancellation Policy

GrabYourPlant tries hard to help customers. These are therefore the following for cancellation terms:

• Any Cancellation of product should be reported within 24 Hours of purchase.
• No cancellation of the product will be accepted after the product is shipped.
• If the product appeared to be damaged or different than your order when delivered, please report GrabYourPlant at care@grabyourplant.in on the same day or the request will be considered as invalid.

Refund Policy

• No refunds on delivered product.
• No refund will be processed if the consignee found absent in any case to receive their delivery.
